Housing law and disrepair processes differ between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We take enquiries in relation to properties in England and Wales only, and cannot assist with properties in Scotland or Northern Ireland. Our ability to refer an enquiry to a suitable professional partner also depends on where in England or Wales the property is located.
